Scott Dols is President and CEO of Trucks & Parts. He enjoys a well-earned leadership position in the industry and serves on several boards.
He is a past Chairman of the National Waste & Recycling Association and currently serves on the Supplier Board of Governors. The NWRA is the waste and recycling industries leading organization and provides leadership, advocacy, research, education and safety expertise.
Scott also sits on the board of TruStar Energy, the Detachable Container Association and the Environmental Research & Education Foundation (EREF), which provides research and educational initiatives that translate directly into action for sustainable waste management practices.
Scott plays an active role in advancing policies that benefit the solid waste industry on the Federal, State and Local levels.
Scott has several additional businesses in the waste field, including Founder and CEO of Big Truck Rental. Big Truck Rental is the nation’s largest provider of new refuse and roll off rental trucks and provides waste haulers access to the latest model trucks.
Born and raised in Minnesota, Scott grew up on a dairy and beef farm, where he learned the meaning of hard work and long days. He moved to Florida in 1985 and has had a number of successful businesses in the Tampa area. Scott joined Trucks & Parts in the early ‘90’s and became President of the Truck Group in 2000. He became President and CEO in 2009.
Scott was also a finalist for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2014 Award in Florida. EY Entrepreneur of the Year is the world’s most prestigious business award for entrepreneurs and recognizes the contribution of people who inspire others with their vision, leadership and achievement.
Married to his wife Vicki for 20 plus years, they are active in the Tampa community and have 3 daughters.
Bruce Goldenberg is a second generation owner of Trucks & Parts. He founded the Tampa, Florida location with father Marvin and is still active in the day-to-day management. Bruce has been engaged in the heavy-duty truck business his entire career and has a proven track record of success. He has helped build Trucks & Parts into its industry leading position and been involved in all facets of the business.
Born and raised in Indiana, Bruce grew up in a typical small Hoosier town. He attended Indiana University and graduated from the Kelley School of Business in 1979.
In 1995, Bruce purchased the domain name www.trucks.com and was an early pioneer in internet based marketing and one of the first to incorporate a company website into its channels of marketing.
Bruce has years of experience and understands the Waste sector. He continues to be involved with other businesses relative or related to the refuse industry and has helped build a strong management team at Trucks & Parts that is focused on a common vision to provide they best buying experience in the industry.
Married to his wife Eileen for 28 years, they are active in the Tampa community and have a daughter and son.
Brion Maguire is the General Manager/Managing Partner of Trucks and Parts of Pennsylvania. Brion has spent almost 20 years in the Waste and Recycling Industry. He started his career working for McNeilus Truck and Mfg Co. where he grew into increasing roles within the McNeilus Sales Organization. After 15 years at McNeilus, Brion saw a market need for high quality, late model, pre-owned refuse trucks. With government mandated truck emission programs and increased budget pressure, hauling companies and municipalities were in need of a new solution for managing fleet purchases. He partnered with industry leaders and mentors Scott Dols and Bruce Goldenberg and opened Trucks & Parts of Pennsylvania, LLC, a truck dealership specializing in late model pre-owned refuse trucks.
Brion’s extensive knowledge of waste and recycling equipment and experience with small and large haulers makes him an expert in providing waste equipment solutions to hauling customers.
Born and raised in the Philadelphia area, Brion attended Oregon State University and graduated in 1998.
Brion is an active member of the National Waste and Recycling Association’s Future Industry Leaders Alliance (FILA). FILA is an interest group that provides education, networking and mentoring to emerging industry leaders to prepare them for executive advancement and professional leadership in the waste and recycling industry.
Brion and his beautiful wife Mary live in Chester County, Pennsylvania. They are active in the community along with their son and two daughters.
